Geetha Chilakamarri, MD, CMD
Dr. Chilakamarri is triple board certified in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care. She completed her fellowship in Geriatrics and Palliative Care Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, following her residency in Family Medicine at Michigan State University. She also completed research training in methodology and quantitative methods at Uniformed Services University and earned her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College.
Her background uniquely combines advanced clinical expertise with deep operational understanding of long term care environments. At Varahe Health Services, she oversees medical strategy, care quality, and clinical standards, ensuring that facilities receive physician led support grounded in experience, accountability, and compassionate practice.
Nicole Banzhoff, MHA, LNHA
Nicole Banzhoff is a highly respected leader in the senior care industry with more than 27 years of experience in population health, geriatrics, and senior living services. She is known for her passion for helping older adults remain active, engaged, and supported as they age with dignity and grace.
Ms. Banzhoff holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration with a concentration in population health and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, policy development, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership across the continuum of senior care.
Throughout her career, she has served in numerous leadership roles overseeing senior living communities, government-affiliated organizations, and complex care operations. She further expanded her impact as a long-term care consultant and strategist, advising senior care communities across multiple states on operational excellence, quality outcomes, and sustainable growth. Her experience also includes palliative care services and new construction projects, allowing her to bring both clinical insight and forward-thinking development expertise to her work.
Currently, Ms. Banzhoff serves as Chief Executive Officer of Varahe Health Services. In this role, she has successfully fostered a culture of service, innovation, and compassion within the senior care industry, with a strong focus on geriatrics and palliative care delivery.
